Displace is a premium web agency operating from Madrid and Miami, founded by Santiago Lobo van Wersch.
We design and build websites for venture capital firms, ecommerce brands and technology companies. Headless architectures, obsessive performance, and design that earns trust in the first five seconds.
Most agencies hand you a template and a monthly invoice. We hand you a product: fast, measurable, and built to be iterated on every single week.
What we believe

How we work
1. Discovery
A short call, a deep questionnaire, and a study of your market. We figure out what the site must achieve before we touch a pixel.
2. Design
Design direction in days, not months. We move in working software as early as possible, because static mockups lie.
3. Build
Modern stack: Next.js, headless Shopify or a headless CMS, deployed on Vercel. Tracking, SEO and accessibility are built in, not bolted on.
4. Ship and iterate
Launch is the starting line. Weekly reports, continuous optimization, and a partner who answers the same day.

How do we start a project with Displace?

What does Displace Agency build?
Custom websites and web platforms: marketing sites, headless Shopify ecommerce, branding and visual identity, SEO and AI search visibility, plus analytics and weekly reporting. Most builds run on Next.js, Supabase and Vercel.
How long does a website take?
Most projects ship in 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope. We move in working software from the first week instead of spending months in mockups.
Who owns the code and the website?
You do. Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all source code, documentation and deliverables. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
How do you report progress and results?
Every project gets proper analytics from day one and a weekly report covering traffic, search performance and the changes we shipped. Launch is the starting line, not the finish.
Where is Displace Agency located?
We operate from Madrid and Miami and work with clients worldwide. Most communication is async with a call when it actually helps.
Why does this website look like a Mac?
Because portfolios are boring and we wanted you to stay a while.
